Wildlife Ranch

We went to the Wildlife Ranch today and had a blast. My step-daughter Jenny came into town today ans we went to the Wildlife Ranch...we had a blast! The animals were a hoot! Nicholas had a great time and enjoyed every minute of it....until the Ostrich stuck his long neck in the car...he was a little scared but got over it. Very nice place and well worth the cost.

I went to Scrap yesterday...with my friend Paula, who I met through my "Flower Power" class at Scrapbook 911 and Mel, whom I met through my www.Scrap-room.com message board. I never knew she lived in SA but she is a doll. We had about 12 hours of fun. Went to Hobby Lobby, Scrapbook Heaven and Bill Miller's for Tea Mugs. We had a sandwhich tray, fruit tray, Spinich & Articoke Dip, Chips, Double Lemon Cream Pie from Marie Callendar's, and Paula's homemade Apple Tart. Lots of stories and laughs. I can't wait until we do it again.

Scappin' Night

My friends came over last night to scrap and we had a blast. They did not leave until about 1:30 am. I worked on some Halloween cards and 2 other LO...I can't post the Halloween cards yet because then you all will not be surprised when you receive it...so you will have to wait....they are cute if I say so myself. I can on the otherhand post a few LO's...




Nicholas got to hold Felicia my friend, Hilary's baby. Nicholas adores babies and loves to hold and touch every baby he see's although we have to ask the mommie first.

Momak's

We went to Momak's today wwith my cousin Janie and Alyssa. We had a great time. The kids had alot of fun playing on the big playscape and then running around in the field. Lyssy was doing flips and cartwheels in the grass and Nick tried to do a few too. I think Alyssa enjoyed Jani'e foos more than her Mac & Cheese. He loves salad. I hope I can get Nicholas to eat salad someday.

Uncle Kev

My brother came over today to check out our new ride and we got to see his new toy. He bought a Jeep that he has been fixing up...Nicholas got to go for a ride down the street and back.

My New Baby!

Well, we finally did it!! We bought a new (used) SUV today. I am lovin' it and I have been soooo blessed!! I put in my gas today and it was $ 75.... YIKES!! But, Oh Well, I love the car...it is soooo roomy and drives so smooth. As my dad would say, "It Has All The Buttons"...meaning it's loaded.

Carlos is going to take over the Jeep as it is a nice car and it tows his boat well...

When we go on vacations we will take my car unless we tow the boat then we have to drive the Jeep...because I don't want to back this beauty up in th ocean water and get sand and water all it in it from wet shoes and ect....

Fishy Fun!

Today we went to my friend Gale's house...oone of the mommies in my group for a "Under The Sea Playdate". The kids had so much fun making there "Little Fishy" project. Nicholas was proud of his. The kids colored fish pictures and even made their own fish bowls out of jello and fish shaped fruit chews...

Prayer Scrap

I had seven ladies attend my Special Scrap for my mommies group here at my house tonight. We had a great time and everyone's LO turned out soooo good. The theme of the scrap was "Our Child's Prayer"... My prayer is the basic prayer becuase when Nicholas was in ICU after being born I bought him a little bear that said, this same prayer in a little boys voice. It is so cute! Other ladies had there family prayer...

Live Oak & Salsalito's

Today my cousin Janie and I took the kids to Live Oak Park. The kids had fun and Janie and I had a chance to catch up. We now live a about 2 miles away from eachother so we ahve no excuses not to be able to see eachother. After the park we went to eat at Salsalito's...Yummy! Janie, we need to do this at least once a week...we don't have to go out to eat but at least the park.

Jiffy Pop

I think this lay-out turned out really good. This was Nicholas 1st time making Jiffy Pop...I bought is from Wal-martone day so that I could should Nick how it popped. He thought it was cool but loved eating afterwards alot better.

Zoo Fun!

Nicholas and I met my friend Jackie and her son Stephen at teh Zoo today. It was a very nice day to be at the Zoo...they weather was perfect and not to hot. Actually, there was a cool breeze alot of the time. We walked around and looked at some animals, fed the goats and played in the playhouse. We fed the birds but Nicholas did not like the birds landing all over him so we didn't stay to long in there. We didn't get to see the elephants, zebras or giraffe's because that part of the Zoo was under construction. After the Zoo we took a train ride and both boys loved that.

Live Oak Park

Today Nicholas and I went to have a late lunch at Live Oak Park and play. He had a great time with the other kids. It was a nice day to be out at the park...there was a little cool breeze that passed every so often.






We also made peanut butter and jelly sandwiches this evening. Nicholas enjoyed that...but when Pap came home gave the rest of his sandwich to him. I think he just like to play with the jelly...
