Young Chef's Academy

Today I took Nicholas to meet up with some friends from his playgroup at the "Young Chef's Academy". I highly recommend this place... Nicholas learned alot and had so much fun stirring, cutting fruit and ect... today they made a Fruit Salad with Yogert Honey Sauce and Sponge Cake Crutons... Nicholas was such a good boy and well behaved. On our way home he talked non-stop about his experience. He asked me to buy him a wisk!!! Here are some pictures...

Nicholas and I enjoyed a nice afternoon together. We went to Chick-fil-a to have lunch, then off to Chuck E. Cheese to play, and finally a little browsing at Burlington Coat Factory...

Trains, Trains and More Trains

Nick playing with his train set... he has so many trains and train sets that we don't have room for them all... so every so often we switch them out and make something new. He thinks its so cool!!

Fiesta Kick-Off Party

Well, today starts 12 days have fun in San Antonio... it Fiesta 2009!! We had alot of fun downtown on Alamo Square for the Fiesta Kick-off Party. Lots of food, live music and dancing. Here are some pictures from todays event. We are looking forward to the carnival, day parade and the night parade next week.
