Halloween 2009

I was not able to go out Trick or Treating with Nicholas and Carlos today because I am on bed rest... I almost cried watching them walk down the street... I sooo wanted to go enjoy Halloween with them. Nicholas was so cute in his engineer costume and was so very excited to go Trick or Treating. He had alot of fun and was scared a couple of times but came home with a Pumpkin full of candy!

I am looking forward to Nick's 5th Halloween and Cody's 1st Halloween in 2010.

Nick's 4th Birthday

Nicholas had a wonderful birthday party today. We'd like to thank everyone who came out to enjoy his special day! A big thank you to my mom and dad for hosting the party at their house and a HUGE thank you to my aunt Karen and my uncle Gary for helping out with all the fun!! I love my family and could never ask for a better one!! Uncle Gary the BBQ was awesome... you are the best for BBQ'N for us the whole weekend.

Thank You Jenny!

Nick always gets excited when he gets mail... today you received a card from his sister Jenny is Virginia.

I gave him the card and he said, "Mama who is it from"... I said, Sister Jenny and he said, "She Is My Best Sister"...

He opened the card and out fell $10... he was so excited. He said, "Mama, is it ok if I put it in my piggy bank"... I said, "It's your money so you can do whatever you want with it"... so, we shall see what he decides.

He said, Thank You Jenny!!!

Weekend Fun!

My dad bought a new BBQ pit to get ready for Nick's Birthday Party on the 25th. My Uncle gary will love it!!




Well, I took some pictures of my dad and his toys... so spoiled!!





We went to Michael's house for a party... had BBQ and the kiddo's had a blast in the jump house, Pinatas and homemade fresh Cotton Candy!! Always a fun time at Michael's (Carlos' Nephew). I used my mom's camera for these three pictures... they are not too good... Mom, you need a new camera!!!





Nicholas got his Halloween Costume and wanted to try it on... Damn, he is cute kid!! Look at those lashes... he can't wait until Halloween.




I created this (11) 8 x 8 Recipe LO's for a swap I am in on Scraproom.com... they turned out pretty darn cute!!



My friend Kimberly delivered the cutest baby gift today... it's a cake made with diapers... lots of bows ribbon and other goodies... it's way cute!!

Birthday Present & Crockpot Exchange

Today Nick got his present for his birthday from Grandma & PawPaw two weeks early! We will have to wrap the empty box for his party... he loves it! He has been wanting a kitchen and BBQ Grill for a very long time... he's been cooking for us hours already! He is too cute!!



I also hosted a "Crock Pot Recipe Exchange" for my mommies group.... I made a delicious Chicken & Rice Casserole... YUMMY!!

Engineer Nick

Nick, Carlos and my dad went to the train exhibit at the Live Oak Civic Center today... Nick was in Heaven... my dad ended up buying a very nice train for Nicholas... they went back to my parents house and put it back together... Nick played for a long time... we left to go to a party and when we left the party he asked to go back to my parents... so we went to visit so he could play with his train again... he is so addicted to trains. My dad gave him an engineer hat and now he wears it while playing with his trains... he is super cute!

Builder & Helper

Nick and my dad put together the baby bed... Nick gave my dad his builders hat and told him that he was the builder and that Nick was gonna be his helper. Nick was so excited about putting Cody's bed together... he said, he could not wait for Cody to get here... and said, that Cody will love his new bed...

I was a little disappointed as I bought the Color Cognac for the bed as that is what color the dresser is and it was off... I mean, how many different colors of Cognac are there... GRRRR! Oh well, I will have to live with it...

OMGoodness!! I saw this picture of Carlos and immediately saw Nick's face... don't you think they look alike?
