Happy Halloween!!

We had a great time Trick-or-Treating. Nicholas thought he was in heaven walking up to peoples houses and getting candy. He got two pumpkins full.

I have to admit that tried and tried to get Nicholas to be something else for Halloween but he insisted on being Thomas The Train. I am glad that I did not get him to change his mind because he looked so darn cute and the complements he received made me feel so proud.

Carlos and I wore last minute costumes...aren't we cool bikers? HAHAHAHAHAHA

Trains, Trains and More Trains

As many of you already know Nicholas is obsessed with "Thomas The Train". My parents bought him a huge train set for his Birthday and today my nephew Austin finally came over to put it all together. Nicholas loves it and he is having so much fun with it.

My mom came over also to help put felt on Nicholas' train table and I set up another one of his track sets...I think he has 2 other sets to be hooked all together.

He also got soooo many trains and train cars for his birthday...so he is in "Train Heaven".

Gourd Gala

Today we met some of our friends at Friendship Park to play and to do a little art project. We helped the boys make "Mummy Pumpkins". They all turned out so cute...

We will be able to store our pumpkins and use then more years to come. I give credit to Heather for coming up with the idea.

The playscape is awesome and just the right size for the little ones.

Puzzle Fun

Nicholas got a 35 piece ABC floor puzzle for his birthday and he and Papa put it together this evening. Good Job Guys!!

Happy Birthday Aunt Karen

May Aunt Karens Birthday is the day before Nicholas'. We went out to eat at "On The Border" to celebrate later in the evening after Nicholas' Birthday party...we had a wonderful time.

Best Birthday Ever

Today we had Nicholas 3rd Birthday party at a park near our house. He had a great time and enjoyed all of the attention. He had a lot of friends and family show-up to his party which made it even better. He told me on several occasions today, "Mama, this is the best party ever". Nicholas scored on a lot of cool toys and Mama scored on bags and tissue paper. Nicholas loved his Pinata's too! I think he just wanted to hit it all day long...but had to share with the other kiddos. I know the other kids enjoyed their time. Thank you to everyone who made Nicholas' party a success and a very special day for him. He and I love you all.

Nick's Mini Cake

As you all know today is Nick's Birthday...so tonight we all had a Mini Birthday Cake. We cut the cake at the exact time Nicholas was born 3 years ago...Nick loved it. We had quit a mess when we were through.

We also had Bush's Chicken for dinner and it was delicious.

Tomorrow is Nicholas' Birthday and we are having a big party at the park. Nicholas is so excited!!

Fall Fun

Well, 3 years ago today my baby boy was born...WOW, can you believe he is already 3? Where does all the time go? I took Nicholas to Ford's Family Farm to play and meet up with some of our friends...the kids had a blast! We got to go on a hayride, dress scare crows, run around in a hay maze, play pumpkin bowling, go on a train ride and more.











After the farm we all went to have lunch at McDonald's. The boys had a great time. Nicholas actually ate all of his food.
